LA’s Hottest Lesbian Invasion, Lesbian Attack! Joins Forces
with L.A. Gay & Lesbian Center for Unprecedented Benefit Event

Lesbian Attack!, a grassroots movement of more than 2,000 lesbians and bisexual women who swarm straight bars without warning, has joined forces with the L.A. Gay & Lesbian Center to present Lesbian Attack! Gives Back! on May 22, California’s first official Harvey Milk Day.

The event, presented by SheWired.com and the Center’s Young Professionals Council (YPC), benefits the Center’s women’s programs. The party will feature some of the nation’s most popular female DJs, a hosted vodka bar courtesy of Ocean Vodka, an open beer bar featuring Budweiser Select 55 between midnight and 2a.m., and more.

“The show of support from the community has been tremendous,” says YPC member Alisa Sommer. “The YPC is so happy to be able to work with Lesbian Attack! to create yet another fun event designed to raise both money and awareness about the Center’s amazing women’s programs, and keep the Center engaged with our community’s next generation.”

The event also connects all of Southern California’s key lesbian party promoters for the first time – including Club Skirts, Girlbar, Fuse Events, PYT, The Betty, Shannon K., Kyss Club, Thrive Entertainment, Jetsetter, French Kiss and Jana Rifkin. Corporate sponsors include Ocean Vodka, Budweiser Select 55, GayTravel.com, Olivia Cruises and Rodeo Realty.
